Since 2019, Enable has collaborated with the Department of Education and Training Victoria (DET) to drive and deliver a service transformation roadmap in IT and beyond. Through the power of ServiceNow, Enable and DET continues to deliver on this roadmap to this day, eliminating inefficient practices, digitalising processes, increasing security awareness, empowering objective decision making and improving user experiences across multiple domains in IT, Customer Service, HR, and Facilities (OH&S) and Risk Management in the near future.
