After a brilliant weekend spent with over 140 valued colleagues and delegates just metres from the beach on the Gold Coast, we're now fielding the ever popular question of, "When can we do that again?!"
It's fantastic to see the resounding success of our annual conference following a 3-year break. After several recent wins, this was the perfect opportunity to bring our teams together to celebrate our shared successes.

Our leaders had several opportunities to meet, dine, and strengthen new bonds over the weekend as they shared opportunity pitches and visions for their practices in a business newly amplified by our relationship with Fujitsu.
ServiceNow's Vice President and Managing Director, ANZ, Eric Swift, also joined us to share the ServiceNow future vision and support our mission as we align our businesses and goals for the year ahead.
While the upcoming year is brimming with opportunity for us, our clients are the real winners as we strengthen and uplift the value we can bring to their digital transformation journey.
Fujitsu Australia's Executive General Manager, Consulting, Branko Panich discussed Fujitsu's consulting capabilities. Stretching beyond ServiceNow, Fujitsu's consulting expertise means that we're able to:
• Enrich our service offerings with long-standing industry expertise;
• Reach new markets and regions;
• Deploy new strategies; and
• Generate even more successful outcomes for both current and future clients.
And while we value the new opportunities we can bring to our clients, we also want to share what's ahead for our talented Enablers.
Our 2022 Conference has shown us what Enablers can achieve together. A joyous Welcome Dinner allowed colleagues old and new to meet, speak in person, and share their excitement for the days ahead.
Our conference brought together delegates from Fujitsu and Enable, and we saw new friendships forming between colleagues.
Enable's Lead Consultant, Vandana Saraswat led a team energiser designed to help colleagues from our three organisations to get to know each other and form valuable business connections.
A Quickfire Challenge occurred later in the afternoon and was hosted by Be Challenged. Teams mixed with colleagues from both Enable and Fujitsu raced to the top through activities gauging decisive leadership, strategy and effective communication.
We want to continue nurturing and developing our Enablers - and our partnership with Fujitsu will bring many more of these opportunities as we benefit from the new breadth of our consulting expertise.
Our Enablers got a little taste of this in the Breakout Sessions, where delegates and colleagues were able to pick between several sessions to learn more about automation, social impact activities, and early go-to-market post-integration.
A big thanks to Rachel Sparkes, Charlotte Wrights, Jake, the CMAs , and Rod Komesaroff for leading these sessions.
We also invited Fortune 500 mentor and author Janine Garner to help our teams find, own and unleash their own individual brilliance and build their dream networks.
The most anticipated event of the conference - the Gala Dinner and Awards Night - was a magical night for all. The ballroom quite literally sparkled as everyone arrived dressed to the nines, and colleagues from all organisations were able to celebrate and fill up on a delicious dinner.
Our Awards Night provided us with multiple opportunities to recognise and celebrate the hard work of our Enablers. We celebrated tenure, allowed colleagues to nominate their peers, and included performance-based awards.
All good things come to an end, and we allowed our colleagues to wind down and recover from this whirlwind weekend with breakfast, yoga, challenges, and some free time before checking out.
A HUGE thank you to all our leaders, delegates, colleagues, and event coordinators who made our 2022 Enable Conference such a productive, enjoyable, and inspiring event. As we embark on our journey together with Fujitsu, the energy and excitement brought by all of you continues to motivate us and shape our business.
